Joseph A. Walkowski
Joseph A. Walkowski
Senior Counsel (Deceased)
“It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our colleague, Joseph (“Joe”) A. Walkowski. Joe was a sincere friend, mentor, and cornerstone of our community. He will be deeply missed at TraskBritt, as well within the Utah Bar and the U.S. Patent Bar, where he made significant contributions.
Joe has been an integral part of TraskBritt for more than 25 years, leaving a legacy characterized by unwavering professionalism and stalwart leadership. His legal acumen was admirable and extensive, built through his versatile experience as a patent examiner, as in-house counsel, and within private practice. Joe was unwavering in his commitment to providing exceptional legal service, to prioritizing client interests, and to treating people with fairness and respect. He was a man of integrity and profound loyalty to his clients, colleagues, and friends – in both good times and challenging times. We will treasure his memory as a dynamic and collaborative leader, and as a person who inspired us to constantly strive for meticulousness and responsiveness in our service to others.
While Joe’s absence will be acutely felt, his influence will continue on in the generation of lawyers having had the privilege to know and work alongside Joe.
Our sympathies extend to Joe’s family and loved ones during this sad time.
With our sincerest condolences,”
