John received his J.D. from the University of Miami, School of Law, graduating Cum Laude, while he was employed as a Supervising Engineer for Montgomery Watson Americas, Inc. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cleveland State University and worked in the field for several years designing and implementing various hazardous waste remediation projects as a Project Chemical Engineer for OHM Remediation Service Corp. He obtained his Professional Engineering License in both Ohio and Florida, and he still maintains his license in Florida. As a Registered Patent Attorney, John has assisted clients in securing patents related to chemical formulations and processes, medical devices, mechanical and electromechanical devices, and processes.
