Among the presenters at this year’s IP Patent Prosecution Bootcamp will be found TraskBritt’s own Joseph A. Walkowski, President and Shareholder, and James C. Watson, Shareholder. Mr. Walkowski, who represents large, multinational corporations with significant patent portfolios, will teach young patent attorneys about the nuances and strategies to consider in drafting patent claims, while Mr. Watson will address the rapidly evolving standards involving patent eligibility relating to a number of significant technologies, and how to address them in preparing and prosecuting patent applications. The Bootcamp will be held October 17, 2016 at the Utah State Bar Law & Justice Center.
